We then designed and built a website that reflected the brand’s values and supported their ambitions. The site included custom functionality to showcase their partners, programmes, and blog content, and was structured to evolve over time as the business grows. To support lead generation and user engagement, we built in multi-step web forms that could handle more complex interactions and customer journeys.
Importantly, we didn’t stop at launch. Consulting Change joined our subscription model, which means they benefit from ongoing support, hosting, and regular development updates. As the business expands and its needs shift, we continue to help them adapt the website accordingly. We’ve also supported them in creating branded customer documents to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
